About me
I’m Jason.
Some time ago, I hit a point where things stopped working the way they had before.
Burnout, relationship breakdown, and loss forced me to slow down and take stock.
What helped me most wasn’t always advice. It was having the space to let my guard down, think out loud, and work out what was actually going on underneath all the noise.
That’s what this work has grown out of.
I now work primarily with men navigating difficult periods of life and other challenges. Times where something isn’t working, or something has shifted, and it’s worth finding a better way forward.
You don't need to do this alone.
Whether you're facing change, rebuilding after a difficult chapter, or trying to work out what's next, coaching can provide a space to think clearly and move forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
Coaching is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters. It’s not about advice or fixing — it’s about exploring where you’re at and what’s next, with someone walking alongside you. I offer presence, curiosity, and the kind of questions that help you hear yourself more clearly.
Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is more forward-looking — about movement, perspective, and making grounded choices. That said, coaching can still feel emotionally rich. If we touch on something that feels outside the scope of coaching, I’ll always name it and suggest appropriate support.
Anything that feels alive for you. Some people come with a clear topic — relationship changes, career decisions, life transitions. Others come with a general sense of feeling stuck, uncertain, or just wanting space to reflect. You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s what we explore together.
I’m calm, honest, and grounded. I bring a steady presence, listen deeply, and hold space without pressure or performance. You won’t get a formula or a quick fix — you’ll get space to be real, and support to move toward what feels true for you.
I don't know. Everyone's situation is different.
What I can say is that if you're willing to be honest, curious, and open to reflection, there's a good chance you'll get something meaningful from the process.
Yes — completely. Everything we talk about stays between us, with the only exception being a serious safety concern (which I’d always discuss with you first).
No. You’re welcome to book a single session to see how it feels. Packages are available if you’d like to continue and save a bit, but there’s no expectation to commit upfront.
I’ve completed formal coaching training and continue to deepen my practice through supervision, study, and real-world experience. I also bring a background in running my own business, men’s work, and navigating life’s more difficult chapters — which all inform the way I coach.
Currently, sessions are held via Zoom, which works well for most people. If you're based in Melbourne, Australia and interested in meeting in person, feel free to get in touch and we can chat about options.
