About me

I’m Jason — a coach, a dad, and someone who’s walked through a few big life changes of my own.

Before coaching, I spent years running my own electrical business. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility, to burn out, and to wonder what’s next when the old ways stop working. Life threw a few curveballs — the kind that shook things up and made me re-evaluate what actually matters.

That’s what brought me here: toward presence, honesty, and doing life in a way that feels more real.

My approach to coaching is simple: grounded conversation, a calm presence, and space to think out loud without judgment. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to walk alongside you while you find your way through

Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is more forward-looking — about movement, perspective, and making grounded choices. That said, coaching can still feel emotionally rich. If we touch on something that feels outside the scope of coaching, I’ll always name it and suggest appropriate support.

Anything that feels alive for you. Some people come with a clear topic — relationship changes, career decisions, life transitions. Others come with a general sense of feeling stuck, uncertain, or just wanting space to reflect. You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s what we explore together.

I’m calm, honest, and grounded. I bring a steady presence, listen deeply, and hold space without pressure or performance. You won’t get a formula or a quick fix — you’ll get space to be real, and support to move toward what feels true for you.

Yes — completely. Everything we talk about stays between us, with the only exception being a serious safety concern (which I’d always discuss with you first).

No. You’re welcome to book a single session to see how it feels. Packages are available if you’d like to continue and save a bit, but there’s no expectation to commit upfront.

I’ve completed formal coaching training and continue to deepen my practice through supervision, study, and real-world experience. I also bring a background in running my own business, men’s work, and navigating life’s more difficult chapters — which all inform the way I coach.

Currently, sessions are held via Zoom, which works well for most people. If you're based in Melbourne and interested in meeting in person, feel free to get in touch and we can chat about options.
